The liquid cold plate is responsible for transferring the heat from the high heat load surface to the liquid used in the liquid cooling system. The performance of these components is critical to the overall effectiveness of the liquid system.

A new type of liquid cooling plate is designed, including an upper cooling plate and a lower cooling plate. The upper cold plate is stamped with channels for cooling liquid to circulate. The shape of the channel is centrally symmetrical. One end of the lower cold plate is symmetrically provided with inlet and outlet joints, and the channel includes a main water inlet channel connected with the water inlet connector, a main water outlet channel connected with the water outlet connector, and a connection inlet. The branch channel of the main channel of the liquid outlet, the upper and lower cold plates are vacuum brazed into an integrated structure. The channel on the upper cold plate is a stamped channel, and the shape of the channel is a centrally symmetrical figure. The upper and lower cold plates are brazed into an integrated structure, so the utility model has simple structure, convenient processing and low cost. The upper and lower cold plates are all stamped plates with relatively thin thickness and light overall weight.

Combined application of liquid cold plate
As an efficient way of heat dissipation, liquid cooling has its wide use space.
A typical liquid cooling system must have the following components: liquid cooling plates, circulating fluid, water pumps, pipes and water tanks or heat exchangers. The liquid cold plate is a metal with water channels left inside. It is made of metal such as copper or aluminum, which is in contact with the heating element and absorbs the heat it emits. The circulating fluid flows in the circulating pipeline by the action of the water pump. If the liquid is water, it is what we commonly call a water cooling system. The water pipe connects the water pump, the water block and the water tank, and its function is to allow the circulating fluid to circulate in a closed channel without leakage, and to allow the liquid cooling system to work normally. The water tank is used to store circulating fluid. A heat exchanger is a device similar to a heat sink. The circulating fluid transfers heat to the heat sink with a large surface area, and the fan on the heat sink removes the heat from the air flowing in.
