The main varieties of fin tube radiators are: high temperature water or steam fin tube radiators (GL type, SRZ type, S type, U type, SRL type, L type, etc.). The types of finned tubes are: winding type, extrusion type, string type and so on.
The finned tube materials are: steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, steel-aluminum composite, copper-aluminum composite, etc. At the same time, it produces Type I and Type II spiral plate heat exchangers. In addition to the finalized products, our factory can also design and manufacture various non-standard finned tube radiators and drying equipment for users.

Set fins
The fin-fitting process is to process a batch of individual fins with a punch in advance, and then use manual or mechanical methods to fit the fins on the outer surface of the tube by interference according to a certain pitch (fin pitch). It is one of the earliest methods of processing finned tubes. Due to the simple process of the kit, low technical requirements, low price of the equipment used, and easy maintenance, many factories still use it. This process is a labor-intensive process plan, suitable for the capital and technical conditions of general small factories or township enterprises.
The fins that are set manually are called manual set fins. It uses tools and humans to press the fins in one by one. In this method, because the pressing force of the fin is limited, the interference of the suit is small, and the fin is prone to loosening.

The mechanical fin package is carried out on the fin package machine. Since the fins are pressed in by mechanical impact or liquid pressure, the pressing force is large, so a larger amount of interference can be used. The bonding strength between the fin and the tube is high, and it is not easy to loosen. The mechanically driven set machine has high productivity, but has high noise, poor safety, and poor working conditions for workers. Although the hydraulic transmission does not have the above problems, the equipment is more expensive, requires higher technical requirements for the maintenance personnel, and its productivity is lower.

Inlaid spiral finned tube
The inlaid spiral fin tube is a spiral groove of a certain width and depth is pre-processed on the steel pipe, and then the steel strip is inlaid on the steel pipe on the lathe. During the winding process, due to a certain pre-tightening force, the steel strip will be tightly pinched in the spiral groove, thereby ensuring a certain contact area between the steel strip and the steel pipe. In order to prevent the steel strip from rebounding and falling off, both ends of the steel strip should be welded to the steel pipe. In order to facilitate the inlay, there should be a certain backlash between the steel strip and the spiral groove. If the backlash is too small to form an interference, the inlay process is difficult to proceed smoothly. In addition, the wound steel belt will always have a certain rebound, as a result, the steel belt and the bottom surface of the spiral groove cannot be well joined. Inlay fins can be carried out on general equipment, and the cost is not high, but the process is complicated and the production efficiency is low.
